We would like to give a very big thank you to everyone who bought our daffodil bulbs and supported us.

This year we are very pleased to be working with Marie Curie once again, giving 10% of all daffodil bulb sales. Having raised £10,000 last year, with your support, we hope to raise that much again this year.

Growing daffodils

With variations in size, form and colour available, there are daffodil bulb types for everywhere in your garden – including beds, borders, containers, rockeries and in grass. They also make a great bouquet for any room in your house. Autumn is the best time to plant daffodil bulbs as it gives them time to produce new roots before winter strikes and we have a large selection that are suitable for any size space.

Below are a few of  our favourites or you can find the full range here. So why not grab yourself a pack of daffodil bulbs and help us reach our £10,000 target.

Veneto – New and exclusive to Suttons, Veneto has been chosen by Marie Curie. With a long flowering period and exquisitely shaped blooms, this variety is ideal for pots and containers.

Buy a pack of 45 bulbs of Daffodil Veneto and we will donate £5 to Marie Curie.

Miniature Daffodil Patio Mix – A real customer favourite. This great value mix of dwarf daffodil bulbs  provides masses of spring colour in beds, borders, patio containers or naturalised in lawns … the choice is yours!

Split Corolla Lemon Beauty – For something a little different, this unusual star-shaped variety will certainly turn heads. the lemon-yellow centres are surrounded by snow white outer petals.

Tete-a-tete – The all-time best-selling miniature daffodil bulb. Producing pretty clusters of golden-yellow, trumpet-shaped flowers perched on firm stems. Ideal for patio containers.

Treglisson – The earliest flowering daffodil. This Cornish variety blooms from January and is probably the best, most robust, golden trumpet variety of all
