Compared to other dwarf tomato varieties, the Veranda Red has the most delicately sweet flavour – it’s sweet and juicy just like a vine tomato you would grow in a greenhouse and is proving very popular in taste tests. So it comes to no surprise that this variety was loved by Carol Klein at RHS Hampton Court Flower Show 2019 and you’re sure to love it too!

Veranda Red comes with great credentials, British bred by the man who created tomatoes ‘Red Alert’ and ‘Tumbler’ and took a staggering 15 years to perfect. But it was well worth the wait as it comes without compromise – an incredibly sweet tasting and productive it produces up to 75 fruit per plant!
With the addition of good resistance to Fusarium, Verticillium and some resistance to late blight too this is sure to be a winner in all gardens this year – regardless of the growers’ experience levels.
Versatile and easy to grow!
Early ripening from mid-July, this tomato plant will produce up to 75 juicy, 12-16g fruit. Ideal for small pots, baskets or any containers makes it a great variety for small space growing and perfect on the patio too!
