I was reading the paper at the weekend when I came across this really nice recipe for a Tuna Tortilla in the Independent. I’ve never heard of a Tuna Tortilla so I thought you might be interested in it – plus it served as a timely reminder for me to order my seed potatoes! Catching my own tuna is probably beyond me…
Finally got around to making this a few days ago. Very nice it was too, highly recommended.
If only we could grow the Tuna ourselves too!…
